CHAMBERLAIN – With a berth in the playoffs at stake, the Cubs put it together on both sides of the ball to knock off the 6-1 Todd County Falcons, 20-6, Thursday night. The two teams will match up again on Tuesday, Oct. 27 in Mission.
Prior to kick-off, the parents were honored by their student athletes.
Temperatures at Don Giese field hovered near freezing, but did not dampen the spirits of the fans as they cheered the Cubs on to their first win of the season.
