Chamberlain to hold 133rd Commencement

Chamberlain High School will hold commencement at the Chamberlain Armory Saturday, June 27 at 2:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 the traditional graduation ceremony will be somewhat different in 2020.

Each CHS senior has 10 tickets for their family and friends. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. A ticket will be required to enter the armory and each seniors’ family will sit in the same area to allow for social distancing. Tickets should not be shared with other graduates.

For those unable to attend, the ceremony will be livestreamed on Cub Nation Facebook page. Plans are to have an edited version of the ceremony released the following week on Cub Nation.

There will be no guest speakers however Salutatory Darynn Burke and Valedictories Hannah Anderson and Grace DuVall will address the graduates and guests.

People are encouraged to wear face masks, and stay home if they are sick. There will not be a receiving line and people are asked to please refrain from shaking hands or hugging.
