Cubs' wins Big Dakota Conference
The Cubs out-played all competitors in the Big Dakota Conference Golf Tournament at the Chamberlain Country Club on Thurs., Sept. 6. Chamberlain tallied 359 strokes, 40 strokes under the second-place team, Mobridge-Pollock that had 399 strokes.
Third place went to Todd County with 409 strokes. Cameron Caldwell led the Cubs with a round of 74 (36-38) for the medalist honors. Drayton Priebe was consistent with two rounds of 41 for an 82. Max Kelsey was also one of the top ten golfers carding a 100 (50-50). The fourth team player was Dakota Munger who finished with a 103 (53-50), just short of the top ten. Sandler Wiekamp recorded a 109 (50-59) for the day.
